It is just about time for me to take the plunge into a world I have dreamed about nearly all my life. Scared as I may be, I have steeled myself for this, and I am ready.
Since I was a young child, I have been writing poetry and short stories, eventually expanding my greatest idea into a novel that I thought I would never finish. But I wished for it. And eventually, I put in the work.
I have been delaying the next steps in my journey to publish my fantasy trilogy for quite some time. I waited so long to write the last few chapters, and now I find myself in a cycle of unnecessary revisions. I will finish this round for the sake of closure, but it is time to move on.
It takes all the boldness in me to accept that I need to face my fears, and it will take all my resilience to actually do it, once and for all. But I am ready.
